Toll House Fudge recipe
INGREDIENTS
° 1 1/2 cup sweetened sugar
° 2/3 cup condensed milk
° 2 tablespoons ghee or butter
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
° 2 cup mini marshmallows
° 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup pecans or chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
First, prepare all ingredients. Then I assemble the model, I usually take a piece about 9 inches tall, shape it and cover it with foil. In a medium bowl, combine
sugar, butter, salt, and condensed milk. Put the pan on the fire and constantly cook with your heart. Cook for 4 minutes, turning occasionally, the stalk must be soft and not nice.The sugar should completely dissolve.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the marshmallows, nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir the mass until the foam dissolves. Shape
hot candies and place in fridge to cool. The candies must be cooled in the refrigerator for two hours, then removed and cut into pieces.
